What you’ll do:
Prepare Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, invoices, statements, and maintain accurate financial records.
Conduct thorough bank and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Manage petty cash transactions and monitor customer payment collections.
Assist with monthly/annual financial closing processes and audit preparation tasks.
Maintain proper filing systems and handle all administrative financial documentation.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (requires liaising with suppliers and vendors from China)
Experienced in SQL Accounting software.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
