What to expect

1. Design, develop, test, deliver, and support end-to-end delivery pipelines.
2. Implement real zero-trust deployment strategies for infrastructure and software.
3. Investigate and resolve complex support requests from our developer community.
4. Apply problem-solving skills to optimize and automate our DevOps practices.
5. Cultivate a customer-oriented mindset, understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders.
6. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

What will make you successful?

Professional skills

1. Proven experience in enterprise software development.
2. Ability to build strong partnerships with internal customers and collaborate with other delivery organizations within Swift.
3. Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and enhance DevOps efficiency.
4. Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to understanding and meeting internal stakeholders' needs.
5. Experience in providing maintenance and support for deployed systems.

Technical skills

1. Strong technical foundation in Java full-stack/Python development (MUST).
2. Proficiency in RHEL and Openshift platforms (MUST).
3. Experience with Jenkins for pipeline development (MUST), Cloudbees (DESIRABLE).
4. Deployment automation using Ansible (MUST), Helm (DESIRABLE), ArgoCD (a PLUS).
5. Observability tools: ELK stack (MUST), Kafka (DESIRABLE).
