We are looking for an innovative and self-driven Senior DevOps Engineer who will introduce processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout the software development life cycle, from coding and deployment to maintenance and updates. DevOps is all about the unification and automation of processes, and our DevOps engineers are instrumental in combining code, application maintenance, and application management. This role will report into the Principal DevSecOps Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, deploying and automating CI/CD pipelines for all our products and platform services leveraging open source tools, across production and testing environments.
• Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or Ansible, implementing infrastructure changes as code, ensuring consistency and repeatability.
• Collaborating with development teams to suggest architecture improvements, enhance code quality and deployment strategies.
• Implementing observability, monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Optimizing system performance and troubleshooting complex issues related to infrastructure and application deployment.
• Deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters for efficient container orchestration and microservices architectures, optimizing cluster performance and ensuring high availability.
• Assisting in implementing robust security practices, including IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning, ensuring application and infrastructure audit compliance.
• Defining system recovery scenarios and ensuring resilience requirements are met.
• Developing and maintaining release management processes and continually improving operational processes by streamlining workflows.

To be successful in this role, you should have/be:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of extensive experience as a DevOps engineer using IaC stack and cloud-native tools.
• Solid experience in CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git, and infrastructure management and provisioning tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, especially AWS.
• Demonstrated competence in Kubernetes and containerization technologies, and familiarity with Helm.
• Familiarity with observability/monitoring/logging platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript).
• Deep competence in IAM.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and highly driven environment.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset and proactiveness in working independently to drive toward results.
• Prior experience in startups and working with remote teams.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity.
