1. Responsible for 5G DN/Enterprise/Security/Cloud design principles, architecture & implementation. Provide technical support in design and implementation with good knowledge of Office, Campus and Enterprise networking infrastructure.
2. To assess, architect network solution & implement according to customer’s business, technical & operational requirement.
3. Assist pre-sales in bidding efforts involving solution architecting, preparation of BOM & quotation, liaising with vendors on technical specifications, solution verification, customer presentation, clarification, proof of concepts & other related activities.
4. Work with customers on their business needs & vendors for information gathering, responsible for end-to-end design & integration.
5. Liaison with other departments & divisions to provide and coordinate solutions to fulfill customer's business needs.
6. Topology design for E2E 5G DN/Enterprise/Security/Cloud network, review of customer requirement & vendor proposed solution, deployment & capacity/resources management of the customer's IP infra.
7. Method of Procedure (MOP) preparation & lead for integration between customers, vendors & operation on hardware/software deployment/upgrade/optimization.
8. Assist & joint troubleshooting with customers, operation & vendors for critical incidents.
9. Project completion handover documentation preparation.
10. Perform customer's infra performance & capacity observation, produce weekly report as well as network auditing whenever needed (requested by customer).
11. 5G DN/Enterprise/Security/Cloud Network cost optimization & network modelling, including customer's requirement & vendor evaluation as well as cost comparison.
12. Govern overall E2E 5G DN/Enterprise/Security/Cloud network solution assessment, evaluation, recommendation & policies/process SOP.
13. Conduct technical feasibility studies & strategy focus on 5G DN/Enterprise/Security/Cloud Network for current and future technology.
14. Lead, develop & maintain 5G DN/Enterprise/Security/Cloud architecture blueprint to ensure near to mid, mid to long term network architecture in-line with AOP (Annual Operating Plan) or business plan. Coordinating with the network division & Enterprise Strategy Team on AOP strategy & requirement.
15. Campaign & participate in RFPs (Request for Proposal) & IPF (Investment Proposal) preparation, conclude the solution with costing & seeks for upper management endorsement for project rollout.

1. Bachelor's or associate degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science/IT/Networking or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8 years' experience in 5G DN/Enterprise/Security/Cloud networking (or relevant).
3. Outstanding in analytical, problem solving and presentation skills with strategic thinking.
4. Possess relevant knowledge with hand‑on configuration in network/security devices such as router, switch, NG firewall, load balancer & IPS/IDS.
5. Strong technical solutioning in IP network/security with switching/routing/SDN/firewall/proxy system/logging/DDoS & future technology trends.
6. Experience implementing Enterprise/Cloud security & control, based on best practices in accordance with NIST/CIS/ISO 27001 and 27002.
7. Familiarity with ZTE/Huawei/Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Aruba/F5/H3C/A10 networking hardware & OS in common IT landscape for enterprise customer environment.
8. Certified with ZTE/Huawei/Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Aruba/F5/H3C/A10 in switching/routing/security/cloud as technical foundation and/or EACOE Enterprise Architect/TOGAF is an added advantage.

1. Expertness in Office, Campus, Enterprise & Cloud networking infrastructure & network topology.
2. Knowledge in networking technologies (LAN/Wireless/WAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/SDWAN/SDN).
3. Skill in network 5G, security, infra, end point security & cloud security.
4. Hand‑on configuration for ZTE/Huawei/Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Aruba/F5/H3C/A10 with in-depth understanding of STP/VRRP/HSRP/OSPF/ISIS/EIGRP/BGP/MPLS/QoS/IPv6/VPN Tunnel/SDWAN/DHCP/DNS.
5. Master in AWS, Azure & Google Cloud services is an added advantage.
6. Holding professional certification in network design, security and cloud is value added.
7. Understanding of AOP (Capex/Opex) planning methodology.
8. Self‑motivated, self‑driven, able to perform tasks in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
9. Motivated & able to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. Fast learner & very adaptable to sudden changes, new or unfamiliar technology. Skilled in handling multiple projects (multi‑tasking), able to work under tight schedules to meet stringent project timeline.
10. Excellent problem‑solving & analytical skills. Good command of both spoken & written English. Good documentation & business proposal writing skills. Good inter‑personal & communications skills with all levels.
11. Possess own transport.
