Provide 2nd level and 3rd level support to ensure issue tickets are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

1. Drive problem management for proactive management of FI system application services.
2. Perform user requirements engineering, design, and development for FI solutions in the respective domain area.
3. Perform testing, user training, and deployment of FI application solutions systematically.
4. Undertake change & release management for FI application services / software deployment cycle.
5. Monitor system health and capacity, and perform proactive system maintenance to ensure reliable 24x7 operation of mission-critical applications.
6. Undertake 24x7 on-call duty where necessary.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented application development (Java, .NET, UML).
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience, e.g., in MVP design pattern, Eclipse RCP, Java Spring in SOA environments.
• In-depth knowledge of system administration in Windows and Unix environments (including Shell, Perl).
• Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, GPIB, COM) and machine controls (as an advantage).
• Experience in project management (as an advantage).
