As a Third Level Support Specialist, you will resolve complex technical issues within our print environment and develop automation scripts. Your role will ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of the business. As a Third Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to our print environment, including hardware (especially multi-function printers), software, and network connectivity. Additionally, you will utilize your programming skills to develop PowerShell/VBScript/Batch scripts to automate tasks, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
