A respected recruiting agency is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join a well-established client in Penang. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, with a focus on data analysis and automation, along with knowledge of tools like SQL and Power BI. The position offers opportunities for involvement in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Internship or project experience related to data analysis or automation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is required.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
- Support requirement gathering and translate into tasks.
- Participate in reviewing processes for improvement and automation.

We are representing a well-established client in the electronic components and solutions industry. Our client is currently seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proven business analysis experience, and excellent communication.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting Support:Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using available tools and templates.
- Data Handling:Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Requirement Gathering:Support senior analysts in understanding user requirements and translating them into basic analytical tasks or prototypes.
- Process & Automation Assistance:Participate in reviewing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, or AI tool adoption.
- Ad Hoc Requests:Provide support on ad hoc tasks and project-based assignments as directed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Internship or project experience related to data analysis or automation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation tools or AI concepts is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be willing to work in Penang island.
