The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proven business analysis experience, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting Support:Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using available tools and templates.
• Data Handling:Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Requirement Gathering:Support senior analysts in understanding user requirements and translating them into basic analytical tasks or prototypes.
• Process & Automation Assistance:Participate in reviewing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, or AI tool adoption.
• Ad Hoc Requests:Provide support on ad hoc tasks and project-based assignments as directed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Internship or project experience related to data analysis or automation is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
