Job summary
A recruitment company is seeking a Ceramic Technical Assistant/Technician to handle technical tasks, including preparing samples and performing material analysis. Candidates should possess at least a diploma in Engineering and have strong teamwork and negotiation skills. Fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years experience are welcome to apply. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for client interaction. Local travel availability is required for this role.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experiences.
- Good health condition and fit to work.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and perform technical tasks.
- Update database for new formulation and approved formulas.
- Assist Designer and Engineer team for product development.
- Commute with Designer or Engineer to customer factory.
Skills
Education
- To prepare the samples and perform technical tasks and material analysis.
- To understand the process and materials specification variables.
- Updating of database for new formulation and approved formulas.
- Perform lab test as required.
- Assist Designer and Engineer team for product development.
- Involve with commercial team for trial run and lab testing at the factory.
- Commute with Designer or Engineer to customer factory every day, if necessary.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or 1 until 2 years experiences.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Vocational/Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Good health condition and fit to work.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred due the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Local travel availability.
- Skill: Teamwork, hardworking, responsible, negotiation, honest and able to meet tight deadline.
