Job summary
A financial service company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Executive for the Credit Assessment Department to manage CCRIS operations in compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia requirements. The ideal candidate will have a degree in relevant fields and 1–3 years of experience in credit evaluation. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this role. This position involves preparing monthly submissions, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to system enhancements.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in credit evaluation, CCRIS processing, or customer service.
- Knowledge of credit assessment and collection processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage all CCRIS matters in accordance with BNM guidelines.
- Prepare and submit monthly CCRIS data accurately.
- Review CCRIS rejection reports and ensure timely resubmission.
- Monitor queries via KijangNet with verified data.
- Perform daily CCRIS admin tasks and maintain documentation.
- Support system enhancements including UAT testing.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and departmental projects.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive to manage and support all CCRIS-related operations in alignment with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate monthly submissions, data integrity, and smooth coordination with various stakeholders, while also contributing to system enhancements and departmental improvement initiatives.

- Manage and attend to all CCRIS matters in accordance with BNM guidelines.
- Prepare, verify, and submit monthly CCRIS data accurately and on schedule.
- Review CCRIS rejection reports and ensure timely resubmission.
- Monitor and respond to BNM queries via KijangNet with proper data verification.
- Handle ad-hoc requests, including data rectification and system-related queries from internal users.
- Perform daily CCRIS administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation for reporting and audits.
- Initiate and support system enhancements for CCRIS requirements, including UAT testing.
- Participate in improvement initiatives, system upgrades, procedure reviews, and departmental projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, BNM guidelines, ISO standards, and information security requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to users on new enhancements and improvement projects.
- Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, Accounting, IT or related fields. Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years’ experience in credit evaluation, CCRIS processing, recovery, branch operations, or customer service.
- Knowledge of consumer/commercial credit assessment, scoring, and collection processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with data.
- Able to multitask, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
