As a Reporting Executive, your primary responsibility is to oversee the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of reports within the organization. You will collaborate closely with various departments to gather data, analyze information, and produce insightful reports that aid decision-making processes at all levels. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively

- Data Extraction: Retrieve and compile data from vendors and various sources.
- Report Creation: Develop and format reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in presentation.
- Data Observation: Monitor and annotate data trends and discrepancies to provide insightful analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the ability to review Chinese language documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables.
- Strong sensitivity to numerical data and detail-oriented work.
- Discreet, self-disciplined, and able to handle sensitive information.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- High level of accuracy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
