We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team at AMDOX PROSPERA SDN BHD'. This full-time position is located in Cyberjaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing a wide range of administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assisting with the coordination of team meetings and events
  • Serving as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and contributing to the overall success of the team
What we're looking for
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
