Job description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Employee Business Travel Arrangements – plan, organize, and manage end-to-end business travel arrangements for employees, including domestic and international flights, accommodation, transportation, and travel-related documentation. Ensure all bookings are completed accurately and well in advance of the employee’s travel date, adhering to company travel policies and budget guidelines. Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure competitive rates and resolve any booking issues.
  • Process Employee Business Travel, Medical and Benefits Claims – review and validate employee travel expense submissions for accuracy, compliance, and supporting documentation. Ensure timely processing and reimbursement of claims in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate records of travel expenses. Verify and process employee medical, and benefits claims, ensuring timely reimbursements and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Diploma holder in any field of study.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
