- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Jobs include recording of stock listing and transactions (opening sales and purchase invoices)
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Performing month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Providing support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Participating in process improvements and implementing best practices
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or higher
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar Accountant Executive role, preferably within a small-to-medium sized Accounting & Bookkeeping firm
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
