We are seeking experienced and highly skilled professionals to lead and oversee the daily operations of our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing plant in Malacca. This role calls for a detail‑oriented and analytical leader with strong communication and management skills to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will collaborate across departments, providing valuable insights, guidance, and strategic support to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Your Role in Our Team
A. Accounting & Finance
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, supporting schedules, and data for closing.
- Maintain petty cash and perform monthly reconciliation.
- Support auditors and tax agents by preparing required financial documents.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure compliance with budget and financial policies.
B. Administration & Office Management
- Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies, stationery, and utilities.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing for company records and licenses.
- Coordinate with service providers for office maintenance, insurance, and facility management.
C. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure proper maintenance of all financial and administrative records for audit and traceability.
D. Coordination & Support
- Liaise with banks, suppliers, government agencies, and internal departments on financial and administrative matters.
- Provide administrative support to management for meetings, reports, and scheduling.
- Assist with company events, safety committee activities, and internal communications.
Who We’re Looking For
Education
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- LCCI / CAT / partial ACCA / SKM in Accounting or Office Administration is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration, preferably in a manufacturing or SME environment.
- Familiar with accounting software such as SQL, UBS, AutoCount, or QuickBooks.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and HR administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
