We are seeking few Sales Admin / Account Admin Executive to support our team in managing client projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to coordinate smoothly between departments to ensure timely project delivery.

Account Admin Executive
  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  • Assist in preparing monthly account reports and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
  • Support general administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least SPM, Diploma or Degree in Administration/ Sales & Marketing/ Business Studies/ Accounting / Economics, or a related field.
  • Must possess at least SPM, LCCI or any DIPLOMA qualification in accounting.
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a admin work or related field is a priority.
  • Language required : English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin speaking is an advantage)
  • Knowledge in AutoCount, Canva, IT or social media online skill will be an added advantage
  • Good working attitude, helpful, hardworking, organized, efficient, responsible, good at solving problems, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Able to start in short notice will be an added advantage.
