• You're deep in crypto — not just curious, obsessed
• You're passionate about building the next generation of trading apps
• You care about the product as much as the code
• You take ownership, move fast, and know when to bring others in

• Experience with building public APIs with Python, Rust or similar
• Commanding ability of working with EVM smart contracts. From interacting to auditing
• Strong understanding of decentralised exchanges and their current landscape
• Grasp of financial concepts, especially in the context of trade and exchange
• Ability to run and maintain web systems on cloud infrastructure

• Architecting, writing and deploying smart contracts
• Experience diagnosing sophisticated performance issues
• Experience with trading on chain in terms of strategies and sleuthing
• Familiarity with other blockchain ecosystems such as Solana, Sui, Cosmos etc

• We keep it simple and don't employ elaborate systems where it's not needed
• We utilise AI strategically but understand when not to rely on it
• We're always on the lookout for an edge—new tech, sharp ideas, smarter ways to do things
