Store Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running, achieve sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and comply with company policies.

Sales & Promotion: Plan and execute sales strategies, monthly promotions, and in-store events (e.g., anniversary sales) to boost revenue.

Merchandising: Monitor customer trends, regional events, and slow-moving items to adjust product mix and create attractive selling areas.

Customer Service: Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring service quality and a positive shopping experience.

Budget & Cost Control: Propose and manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and achieve profit targets.

Staff Management: Lead, train, and develop staff; manage work schedules and manpower productivity.

Community & Tenant Relations: Build strong relationships with concessionaires, tenants, and the local community to support business growth.

Store Development: Plan renovations or layout changes in line with customer needs, competitor activities, and store improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure staff follow company policies, maintain store audits, and provide a safe shopping environment.

Continuous Improvement: Review promotions, share best practices, implement action plans, and ensure adequate stock availability.

The employee may be required to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor or management. These tasks may be within or outside the scope of their primary job responsibilities and are intended to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department and organization. Assignments may vary based on business needs, operational priorities, and organizational changes. Employees are expected to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the success of the team by undertaking such additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements: -

Degree/Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail store management.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.

Ability to read, write, and converse fluently in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Strong written and verbal reporting skills.

Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Able to work on shifts, including off days, rest days, public holidays, and special company events.

Willing to travel and assist other outlets as required by the company.

Must be willing to transfer to other outlets when necessary.

Maintain good grooming standards and a professional appearance.
