Operations Performance Analyst is responsible for driving performance visibility, predictive insights, and decision enablement across operational processes. This role focuses on consolidating data, analyzing trends and gaps, and providing actionable insights to support timely, accurate, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Performance Visibility: Consolidate data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive performance dashboards and reports across operations.
- Predictive Insights: Analyze trends, identify gaps, and forecast potential operational issues to enable proactive management and continuous improvement.
- Decision Enablement: Provide actionable insights and recommendations on operational metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), accuracy, and process efficiency to support leadership decisions.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems, KPIs, and analytics tools to monitor business performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Support strategic planning by providing performance analysis, scenario modeling, and insights for process improvements.
- Document reporting procedures, maintain data governance standards, and promote best practices in business analytics.
- Prepare and deliver management reporting on a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in business reporting, data analytics, or business systems management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel).
- Knowledge of operational metrics, process performance measurement, and KPI frameworks.
