Job Duties

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Supply Chain Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including operations, logistics, procurement, and IT, to identify and enable process improvements that drive efficiency, cost savings, and better customer service.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimize supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements
• Identify cost savings opportunities within the supply chain
• Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to track supply chain performance
• Monitor supply chain performance and report on key metrics
• Develop and maintain documentation on supply chain processes and procedures
• Assist in the design and implementation of supply chain systems and tools
• Conduct training sessions for supply chain team members on new processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiencyin data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
