Job summary

A leading airport management company is seeking an Admin/Operations Officer to oversee landscape works at KLIA. In this role, you will monitor contractor performance, manage landscapes, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Candidates must have at least a diploma in Landscape Architecture or similar, with 2-3 years of experience or be fresh graduates with strong motivation. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and good communication skills in both languages are desired. Malaysian citizens only. Applications close on 4 February 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields like Landscape Architecture or Business Administration.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant diploma are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.80.

Responsibilities

• Monitor landscape works and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Supervise the Landscape Contractor’s daily performance.
• Administer landscape contracts and documentation.
• Facilitate meetings with contractors and local authorities.
• Provide feedback and status updates to the Landscape Executive.
• Process payments timely and maintain standard of work.

Skills

Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance practices

Knowledge of financial and administrative processing

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Customer-service oriented

Effective verbal and listening communication skills

Good writing skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English
