Responsible and accountable to coordinate the execution of related employee engagement feedback mechanisms, provide analytics on the available data points related to the effectiveness on the implementation of the on-site employee engagement in driving performance and productivity and execute the participation in various employer branding programmes with relevant research or media houses to sustain brand presence of MAG as Employer of Choice.
Bachelor Degree in any related field preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
