Job summary

A leading airline company is seeking a Senior Executive in Culture & Stakeholder Engagement to coordinate employee engagement initiatives and provide analytical insights. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. Career Opportunities: Senior Executive, Culture & Stakeholder Engagement (22725)

Responsible and accountable to coordinate the execution of related employee engagement feedback mechanisms, provide analytics on the available data points related to the effectiveness on the implementation of the on-site employee engagement in driving performance and productivity and execute the participation in various employer branding programmes with relevant research or media houses to sustain brand presence of MAG as Employer of Choice.

Key Accountability
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate the execution of employee engagement related surveys including PES, DASS-21, etc aligned to the MAG Culture Transformation initiatives
  • Provide analysis and analytics on the effectiveness of employee engagement based on integrated data point aligned to the 3 main pillars of GHC – Talent, Culture and Climate
  • Manage the coordination of overall programmes registered under the Employee Recognition Programme including reporting, budget monitoring and process improvement
  • Oversee and monitor the execution of Winning with Passion programme to ensure effective execution, recommend areas of improvement and monitor the HRDC claims where required
  • Search, analyse and participate in the reputable employer branding awards that enable MAG to sustain its brand positioning as Employer of Choice
  • Responsible to provide solution related to execution issues and monitor all enquiries from external or internal parties are addressed on time and accurately.
  • Supports and manage the administrative, process and governance aspect of C&E programs and events
Qualification & Experience

Bachelor Degree in any related field preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key representatives from MAB Group
  • Principles and practices of event and project management
  • Speaks good English and Bahasa Malaysia
