Qualifications

Overview

Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, specializing in providing customized travel packages to partners across the ASEAN region. We are committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences and high-quality travel products. The Tour Operations Executive (Johor Region) will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end process of tour operations, ensuring smooth execution, and delivering high-quality services to our B2B partners.

This is a full-time on-site role at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Salary Range: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00

Responsibilities
  • To assist in all aspect of tour operations; including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets and ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities.
  • To assist in doing flight booking through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber and Amadeus).
  • To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentations are properly filed.
  • Recording orders for all related tour services.
  • To provide full support for tour packages sales and departures.
  • To educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support.
  • To participate in all field work, including Airport duties and travel fairs.
Requirements
  • Requires candidates with minimum 2 years of working experience in the Travel industry.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds and willing to learn are welcomed.
  • Preferred Language(s) (write, read & speak) - English & Malay, those that can converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry.
  • Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour.
  • Basic computer skill (Outlook, Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if necessary).
