Reservation Executive (Inbound) is a key component of the complete reservation process, including receiving requests from travel agents abroad (e.g., Europe/Asia), preparing offers and quotations, timely follow-up, and booking of all services with branch offices, hotels and suppliers in Malaysia and Singapore. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will also be responsible for preparing and booking travel-related services with hotels and other suppliers, as well as the invoicing process and payment collection.
