Position Summary
This position is responsible to liaise with third parties on medical services provided to Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) employees and attend to medical-related queries by analyzing and identifying the solutions to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with the Group Human Capital Corporate Policy (GHCCP) and Employment Terms & Conditions.
Key Accountabilities
- Data Analysis: Analyze utilization data and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of the current medical benefits program.
- Program Enhancement: Recommend enhancements and improvements to the medical benefits package based on utilization, industry trends, and employee feedback.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures related to medical benefits to remain on par with the market.
- Contract Management: Prepare and ensure contracts with TPAs and in-house clinics are valid and monitor performance according to contractual agreements.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with third-party administrators (TPA) and private hospitals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Internal Communication: Coordinate with other units to promote awareness and understanding of benefits offerings through various communication channels.
- Issue Resolution: Address employee inquiries and concerns related to medical benefits promptly and effectively.
- Case Management: Manage employee medical issues from start to end as per company guidelines and provide solutions regarding medical issues.
- Budgeting: Prepare the yearly budget for medical utilization based on past year trends and other factors.
- Administration: Oversee the administration of medical benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications and Working Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
- 4–5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably with a focus on medical benefits.

- Understanding of healthcare regulations, including insurance coverage.
