• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documents, work instructions, and procedures.
• Assist Process Engineers in daily manufacturing operations and NPI support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and assist in root cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement activities (yield improvement, cycle time reduction).
• Support equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and equipment maintenance checks.
• Assist in sourcing and requesting POs for tools, fixtures, equipment.
• Support investigation of non‑conforming materials.
• Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electrical & Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in production support or NPI context.
• Basic mechanical or electrical understanding, able to perform simple data analysis.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Prior experience in high‑volume manufacturing, electronics/medical device environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean/ISO/quality tools is an advantage.
