Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible to perform electrical measurement or product characterization activities assigned by the supervisor correctly and accurately within the allocated period of time.
• To assist supervisor performing inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, modification and optimization of test equipment and test station.
• Responsible for ensuring the operation continuity of test lab in the aspects of equipment calibration, safety, 5S, spare parts and ESD.
• Complete measurement tasks assigned by supervisor within the allocated time with good quality of work.
• Perform soldering activities, hence individual must possess good soldering skills and knowledge on how to use soldering station appropriately, basic electric circuit and electrical components.
• Able to execute preventive maintenance work (PM/Cal/diagnosis) of equipment or machine in the lab.
• Assist supervisor in operating test stations and repairing faulty test stations.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in semiconductor Testing.
• Knowledge of working principles, problem solving & diagnostics, simple schematic interpretation / electronic circuits of electrical test equipment (electronic & mechanical) with low to high complexity /quantity.
• Proficient in operating a computer.
• Basic knowledge in semiconductor physics, packaging technology, wafer technology and interpretation of typical electrical characteristics of semiconductor devices (parameters) that can be affected by material / process changes or by a given pressure.
• This is an Office Hour position.
