Job summary

A leading consumer electronics company is seeking a Warehouse Technician to ensure that incoming and outgoing materials meet quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring delivery orders, managing stock counts, controlling inventory levels, and maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, experience with SAP Hana, and a solid understanding of quality control procedures.

Job description

WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN - OVERSEAS SPARE PART

Check incoming/outgoing materials to ensure they meet quality standards and report any defects.

Monitors and tracks delivery orders to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.

Provides support for WMS (S4HANA) system issues to ensure smooth warehouse operations Inventory Management.

Manages Stock Count, Scrap, troubleshoot to ensure accurate records and availability of goods.

Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.

Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

Monitoring tracks shipments and truck movements to ensure timely delivery and proper logistics coordination.

Packing improvement / Provide Training Customer complain issue & Lost Cost Parts shortage/ damage receive from customer.

Audit Safety, SIRIM, Environment - Sectional Safety Representative (SSR).

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management with focus on Warehouse Operations, Quality Control, and Safety.
• Have experience in SAP Hana.
