Responsibilities

As the Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Operate, inspect, and maintain hotel engineering systems including power, water, gas, heating, and cooling.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and in compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Carry out routine inspections, maintenance, and timely repairs of assigned facilities and equipment.
• Support banquets and meetings by ensuring all technical and engineering requirements are met.
• Monitor equipment performance, review operation logs, and ensure proper shift handovers.
• Participate in energy-saving initiatives to promote efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct regular generator test runs to ensure readiness during power outages.
• Support fire prevention and safety measures across the hotel.
• Guide and support junior technicians and apprentices, contributing to team development.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Familiar with the operation principle and fault judgment method of large datacentre infrastructure (power supply, air conditioning, fire control, security, monitoring, network, etc.).
• Willing to be engaged in the monitoring post for day shift and night shift for a long period and have enough time to study.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, professionalism and learning ability.
• Active and motivated in work, with a good sense of service.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently.
