Report to : Technical Senior Executive/Technical Executive/Technical Supervisor

Basic Functions: To carry out daily routine job in the area which has been assigned under his care in the Theme Park Technical Division

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Upkeep the availability, efficiency and the safety aspects of the rides and facilities by constantly monitoring and carrying out ad hoc maintenance and repairing activities as and when necessary.

Quality Responsibilities

To ensure the safety of rides and facilities by observing the rules as stipulated in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other relevant Work Instruction (WKI).

To upkeep the efficiency of rides through effective Preventive Maintenance Program.

To carry out quality repairing work during breakdown.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

To carry out any ad hoc repairing as and when required.

To perform overtime duties as per requirement by his superior.

To ensure safety in operation of all rides and facilities.

To maintain efficiency of all rides and facilities.

To report any breakdown or discrepancy to his superior.

To report immediately any emergency to superior and to take charge of the situation before the arrival of superior.

To mark his own attendance on the log book provided.

To carry out the scheduled tasks as stipulated the preventive maintenance or occasional shutdown for corrective maintenance.

To perform other duties as and when directed by superior.

Attainment: Minimum recognized technical/engineering based Diploma/Certificate (Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical) holder.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in similar capacity, if without formal qualification.

Abilities: Ability to carry out the repair and maintenance activities with minimal supervision.

Good communication skills in interacting with other departments, for the smooth operation of the department.

To provide operational support to other Theme Park divisions (Operation, retail, etc.).

Aptitudes: Good interpersonal and technical skills to carry out all duties and responsibilities effectively.

Physical/Appearance: Self-disciplined, Self-motivated, No physical defects, neat, tidy and pleasant.
