• Manage daily route to market operations and monitor driver performance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of fleet utilization and route planning, collaborating closely with management to enhance route optimization strategies.
• Participate in the prioritization and planning of local fleet daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to enhance existing software solutions utilized across operational touchpoints, from Ninja Van Operator to Ninja Driver applications.
• Track and deliver shipments from pick‑up to delivery.
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure it is deposited into the bank every day.
• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as the Company may from time to time properly assign to or confer upon you.
