Qualifications

• Experience in operations and maintenance development, preferably in a cloud computing or AI-focused environment.
• Management experience is a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and respond to faults, troubleshooting system issues.
• Continuously assess system architecture, process logic, and stability.
• Respond promptly to production failures and coordinate resolution.
