Job summary

A leading digital services company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Senior Process Executive to assist in sales support. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in business, over 3 years of experience in sales support within IT, and strong skills in English and Microsoft applications.   • Assist client manager in generating quotes and fast turnaround.
  • Responsible for information gathering and data consolidation.
  • Handle incoming quotation requests and ensure completion.
  • Manage QA process and escalations from different stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to new joiners.

Responsibilities
  • Assist client manager in generating quotes to facilitate in fast turnaround time. This might involve a degree of product pricing knowledge.
  • Responsible for information gathering and data consolidation of each quote request.
  • Handle incoming quotation requests including overseas requests from other NTT Offices.
  • Ensure completion of quotation and handling complex/tender submission before deadline.
  • Frequent follow‑up calls required to achieve client request closure within the given SLA.
  • Process and follow‑up on dispute case or open issues within the given SLA.
  • Deal with external and internal queries in a professional, client‑oriented manner.
  • Close alliance with vendors to obtain vendor’s quotations and assist deal registrations if required.
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with decision‑makers, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage QA process and escalations from different stakeholders to resolution and ensure smooth communication flow with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in implementation of new processes, tools, transformation activities, and process improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to new joiners.
  • Assist in order submission if required.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities which will be assigned by management or superior as and when necessary.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business or any related field.
  • More than 3 years’ experience in a Sales Support role in the IT industry.
  • Proficient in English, Mathematics, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • A good understanding of the sales/buying cycle and the ability to handle dispute cases.
  • Good problem‑solving skills.
  • Meticulous and detailed in numbers.
