What you will do:
  • Workflow Design & Development
  • Build and maintain no‑code/low‑code automation flows using platform tools such as data boards, triggers, and channel integrations.
  • Translate business logic into reusable workflow modules spanning channels like Slack, WhatsApp, email, and web.
  • Develop end‑to‑end logic for automated routing, permissions, and multi‑agent orchestration.
  • Solution Implementation & Customisation
  • Partner with Customer Success and Project Managers to implement client‑specific use cases.
  • Adapt workflows based on dynamic profiles, knowledge hubs, and live system data.
  • Support proof‑of‑concept builds, validate logic flows, and ensure smooth handoff into production.
  • Platform Expertise & Best Practices
  • Develop deep understanding of the orchestration engine, SDKs, integrations, and governance architecture.
  • Suggest enhancements, reusable templates, and best practices for common industry workflows (e.g., financial services, enterprise operations).
  • Produce clear documentation for workflows, implementation steps, and long‑term maintenance.
What you will need:
  • 1–3 years of experience in workflow automation, RPA, or low‑code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath).
  • Strong logical thinking with an eye for detail in process design.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic.
  • Bonus: exposure to CRM systems, ticketing tools, or BI dashboards.
  • Scripting or front‑end knowledge (JavaScript, JSON, Python).
