Job summary
A leading educational institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive for Accounts & Administration. This role includes managing invoicing, maintaining student records, and providing excellent customer service to parents. Candidates should possess a degree in Accounting or Business Administration, along with 4 years of relevant experience in similar roles. Strong numerical and communication skills are essential. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of school functions in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in an educational or customer service setting.
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and issuance of student fee invoices.
- Maintain and update student records including enrollment and withdrawal documents.
- Provide efficient front-desk service and manage inquiries.
