A fast-growing pet retail and services company in Selangor is seeking an Executive, Finance to handle Accounts Payable functions and support financial operations. Key responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, assisting with monthly closing, and managing B2B invoicing. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting, preferably in retail or trading industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare payment runs and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
• Issue invoices for B2B customers and ensure timely collection.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and management reports.
• Help implement and maintain finance SOPs.
