Qualifications

• Lead a team of audit professionals and manage a portfolio of audit clients.
• Plan, execute and complete audit engagements.
• Work closely with Audit Partners and Directors on client and engagement management.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of professional skill sets through a tailored mentored learning program.
• Participate and contribute to management meetings on work processes, technical and professional updates, and learning and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent.
• At least 4 years (Assistant Manager), 6 years (Manager) or 8 years (Senior Manager) of relevant working experience, preferably with large or medium‑size public auditing firms.
• Experience in the shipping industry is an advantage.
• Candidate must be comfortable to work in Malacca or Kuala Lumpur office.
