Responsibilities

• To manage full sets of accounts
• To perform bookkeeping duties, including maintaining and verifying ledgers, bank reconciliations, debtor aging, invoicing, and stock control
• To be responsible for cost accounting functions
• To liaise with external auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and taxation matters
• To liaise with bankers on treasury and financing matters
• To prepare management reports and financial analyses
• To assist in budget preparation and monitoring
• To coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to support intercompany transactions and activities

Requirements

• Proficient in preparing full sets of accounts
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft AX, and other relevant systems
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a systematic manner
• Demonstrates high integrity and strong work ethics
• Required languages: English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders
