Job summary
A financial services company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to support management in the preparation of accounting reports. The role involves supervising the Accounts Executive team and ensuring adherence to internal audit procedures. Candidates should be hands-on, able to lead a team, manage projects, and interact with both internal stakeholders and external auditors. The position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Support superior in monthly preparation of management and accounting reports.
- Assist in annual budget and quarterly forecast review process.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of Accounts Executive(s).
- Coach, support, and lead the team to meet deadlines.
- Manage projects and work with Compliance team.
- Support internal and external customers on accounting matters.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
