Responsibilities include performing bookkeeping duties, preparing management reports, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Aufgaben
- Manage full sets of accounts.
- Perform bookkeeping duties and maintain financial records.
- Prepare management reports and assist in budget preparations.

- To manage full sets of accounts
- To perform bookkeeping duties, including maintaining and verifying ledgers, bank reconciliations, debtor aging, invoicing, and stock control
- To be responsible for cost accounting functions
- To liaise with external auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and taxation matters
- To liaise with bankers on treasury and financing matters
- To prepare management reports and financial analyses
- To assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- To coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to support intercompany transactions and activities
- Proficient in preparing full sets of accounts
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft AX, and other relevant systems
- Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a systematic manner
- Demonstrates high integrity and strong work ethics
- Required languages: English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders
