A leading retailer in Indonesia is seeking a Brand Manager to create and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand image and support growth in the luxury and beauty sectors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in brand management. Responsibilities include overseeing product selection, managing budgets, and launching innovative programs to drive sales, alongside working under pressure and with strong leadership skills.

- Minimum 2 years experience in product/brand management, preferably with luxury, beauty, lifestyle brands or FMCG.
- Independent, strong leadership and self-motivated; works well under pressure, builds teams, and learns quickly.

- Enjoys lifestyle & beauty products (perfume, cosmetics, personal care).
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; dynamic, creative, innovative, and result‑oriented.
- Experienced in Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget, competition).
- Proficient with MS Office Excel and internet applications.
- Create and implement marketing plans and strategies to build brand image and support brand growth.
- Manage the entire brand cycle: product selection, inventory, budget, promotion planning, and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and launch innovation programs to increase sales of selected brand products.
- Monitor marketing campaigns and activities for optimization and innovation.
- Track and analyze brand and competitor performance.
