JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Identify new potential customer and make sales strategy, especially in Import Export

2. Understanding customer needs & coordination of the preparation of solution offerings to potential customers

3. Negotiating with potential new customers

4. Coordinate with the operational team to meet customer needs with applicable standards

5. Maintaining good relationship with existing customers

6. Develop new business for existing customers

7. Keeping costing competitive and competitive in the market

8. Maintain good relationship with every airline, shipping line, and other vendors

9. Create a Shipping Order (SO) for every new business and ensure every new shipment goes well

10. Achieving the target customer that has been set

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education min. D3/S1 all majors

2. Has 1-3 years experience as Sales Exim in Logistics company

3. Has a customer database

4. Able to work according to target
