Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales
  • Proven experience working with 4PL & 3PL international logistics companies
  • Experience in LTL, Road Logistics Sales with established customer networks
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels (highly advantageous)
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, passionate about sourcing new business
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, able to work independently or in teams
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence tools
  • Good analytical skills for market mapping
