A leading digital product company in Indonesia is seeking a professional to act as a liaison between product, technical, and user teams. This role involves conducting training sessions, gathering user feedback, and preparing product documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Management and strong communication skills. Experience in digital products is a plus. The company offers a collaborative work environment focused on product improvement.

Formación

  • Experience in digital products, applications, or software development is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of digital product development fundamentals, UX/UI principles, and application business processes.
  • Comfortable conducting presentations, trainings, and explaining technical features to non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop a deep understanding of the features and functionalities of the company’s applications.
  • Act as a liaison between product, technical, and user teams to ensure both business and technical needs are met.
  • Conduct product demos and training sessions for internal and external users.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, providing insights and recommendations for feature enhancements to the Product Manager or Developer team.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and presentation materials.
  • Support the implementation and onboarding process to ensure optimal application adoption by new users.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate product value propositions and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant.
