Get to Know the Role:

We are looking for a candidate to help us build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and increase revenue. As a Key Account Manager, you will cultivate and expand our most important merchant relationships. We seek individuals who are independent, move quickly, and deliver results. We value team members who embrace challenges and are excited to contribute to our growing Merchant Organization. You will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

  • Report to the Mid Market KAM Lead, GrabFood.
  • Engage with merchants, listen to their needs, and establish communication and engagement with prospects.
  • Create impactful campaigns through co-marketing partnerships to benefit both customers and partners.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess ROI and KPIs, aiming to increase basket size and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service to uphold service and food quality among partners.
  • Help build a strong team and establish processes to serve and grow our key merchant relationships effectively.

Essential Skills Needed:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations.
  • Experience engaging with prospects and partners through account management.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to balance multiple sales opportunities and excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in English, with experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
  • Enthusiasm for the on-demand delivery industry, particularly food delivery.
