A leading retail company in Indonesia is seeking an Advertising & Promotion Supervisor in Bandar Lampung. The role involves developing marketing plans, overseeing promotional activities, and ensuring events are executed to professional standards. Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Communication or related fields, along with strong interpersonal and management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good English communication is required. The position offers a dynamic work environment within one of Indonesia's largest mall operators.
Developing and implementing marketing / event plans, promotional calendars and budgets to achieve target customer numbers and rental sales.
Monitor and regulate the activities of promotional programs both for visitors and tenants on schedule, and work together with event organizers.
Perform and lead technical meetings in preparation for all events and promotions.
Conduct surveillance of events and promotions, monitor and report on the number of visitors, monitor and report on the results of each event (media promotions such as magazines) from tenants, the conditions of the presentation.
Ensure that the event organizer is committed to carrying out the event on schedule and to the level of - professional standards.
Evaluate promotional events after implementation.
Conduct weekly and monthly Advertising & Promotion operational reports.
Looking for Join Promotion Income every month according to the target given.
Reach revenue from billboards and signage every month according to the target given (media promotion).
Control music playback in a building per thematic event.
Conduct Marcomm administration according to SOP.

The retail malls provide one-stop shopping, entertainment, dining and leisure destinations, with anchor tenants such as leading domestic retailers Matahari Department Store, Hypermart, Timezone, Times Bookstore and Cinema XXI.
In response to growing market demand, Lippo Karawaci started developing strata‑titled malls from 2002 to 2006, recognizing that entrepreneurs in Indonesia were moving away from traditional retail outlets. Then, observing the over supply of strata‑titled malls that had previously been in demand, the Company made the move to community malls and shifted to a model which now involves building, leasing, and then monetizing the retail assets.
