Job description

You will be responsible for managing the fulfilment of customer sales order managed and executed via project planning & execution within required Company Industry Standard and Business Process, as execution of customer orders. Also supporting Sales to prepare proposal or required tender documents for qualification and/or submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead the assigned project(s) and managed planning, executing, control and closing of projects within required target of sales, schedule, cost & customer satisfaction.
  • To lead and manage project execution team includes assigned inspectors, project support, selected services providers, & freelance partners
  • Build a strong communication and coordination with key customer and partner representatives to managed value-based project results.
  • To manage timely project governance report: plan vs actual vs forecast to completion includes Scope, Invoice Value, Cost and Add on Sales Opportunity.
  • Manage Sourcing and timely procurement of required resources for project execution fulfilment within required schedule and available project budget.
  • Support the fulfilment of Annual Sales Target with Sales Opportunity and Sales Pipeline development.
  • Support the preparation for proposal submission for sales engagement
  • Interface and provide support for other departments on sales and tender activities
  • Maintain inspection and related project records as per company’s policy
  • Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to inspection
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Relevant Major
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Inspection Industry with relevant know-how on A-NDT Tools & Instruments.
  • Good communication and excellent skill in project administration & reporting
  • Good Leadership & Project Organizing
  • Good Technical, Project & Business Acumen
  • Good customer communications and engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Frequent travel required
