Job Description :

1. Contribute in developing team OKR
2. Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
3. Leading and mentoring activation team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole
4. Oversees and supports multiple implementation projects.
5. Reviews external clients' product demands, develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
6. Collaborate with the system integration team to ensure compliance with all client requirements, provide appropriate training to clients, and ensure efficient implementation of all systems.
7. Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle, identify defects, and provide an efficient interface with all marketing and technical departments.
8. Maintain all project plans, ensure timeframe compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology
2. At least 2 years of working experience in a SaaS company with experience in leading teams
3. Fluent in verbal and written English
4. Familiar with CRM tools
5. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
8. Fast learner and independent
9. Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill
