Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading marketing and revenue management.
- Strong understanding of FX, Crypto, and Asset Trading regulations.
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems for customer acquisition.

Our client is an established global Financial Technology & Brokerage expanding their presence to Indonesia looking for Country Marketing Manager to manage the end-to-end commercial development and launching through overall marketing strategy & increasing revenue growth level.
- Country Commercial/Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute tailored marketing & revenue strategies for the Indonesia market, ensuring alignment with global brand and product goals. Identify growth opportunities to increase revenue and expand market share.
- Commercial Alignment: Drive marketing initiatives that directly support commercial objectives such as lead generation, customer conversion, and revenue acceleration. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to ensure a unified focus on business priorities.
- Onboarding Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with product, design, and marketing operations teams to enhance the client onboarding experience. Leverage data and user insights to uncover pain points and optimize conversion across the funnel.
- Cross‑Functional Partnership: Serve as the regional marketing lead, coordinating with internal teams-including Product, Payments, Compliance, Sales, and Partnerships-to ensure seamless and effective go‑to‑market execution.
- Regional Advocacy: Represent the Indonesia market internally by providing insights, updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional teams. Share market trends, campaign performance, and actionable suggestions to boost relevance and growth in the region.
- 10+ years of experience in leading overall marketing & revenue management within FX Trading, Crypto, and relevant Asset Trading products with a strong focus on the Indonesia market.
- Strong knowledge & understanding in FX, Crypto, and Asset Trading products & regulations is a must.
- Solid knowledge of digital & growth marketing strategies and tools across acquisition, CRM, and funnel optimization.
- Commercially driven, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business results through marketing initiatives.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align and influence diverse teams toward shared regional objectives.
- Data‑driven mindset, with experience leveraging insights to shape strategy and enhance performance.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written) is essential.
- Prior working experience in a brokerage environment is a strong advantage.
