Universitas Harapan Medan was established based on the Decree of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 459/KPT/I/2017 dated August 24, 2017. This decree authorized the merger of Harapan College of Engineering, Harapan College of Foreign Languages, Harapan College of Economics, and Harapan Academy of Information Management and Computer to form Universitas Harapan Medan, managed by Yaspendhar.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Medan Maimun for an Information Technology System Administrator. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the university's system and network infrastructure, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues. Daily tasks will include overseeing system performance, ensuring network security, and supporting end-users with their IT needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in System Administration and Network Administration
• Proficient in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar credentials are a plus
